Yes, Rohos Logon Key for Windows now lets you to log in only with one type of hardware key. In future we'll add a possibility to use different types of keys at the same time.

Our system provide online authentication as well. After you change the authentication method(offline->online) on your computer, you can configure USB key there. Using your smartphone, you can authenticate yourself through the LAN with Wi-Fi.

Possible, USB switch works with some errors. Test it please. Open a text document, plug Yubikey,
Touch its window, press Enter. Repeat it for several times. First 12 symbols must be the same. If it is not so, plug Yubikey without a switch into USB port and repeat this test. If result is good, don't use this USB switch for Yubikey.

Dear customer, it is a known issue. Computer remembers BT devices, and sometimes is impossible to lock the computer on disconnecting of BT on a phone.

Any Yubikey can be re-configured with Yubikey personalization tool. And, adter this it will not pass the verification on server.

In latest version the protection of safe mode works only if you have configured emergency logon.

If you have the same user name and password on several computers, you can use one USB key to access all these. Configure it only once on a computer. You can use Rohos Management tools for it. In Domain field don't write anything. Then export the list of the keys onto every computer. Use Users and keys dialog box. On every computer in the settings of Rohos Logon key, More, check serial numbers -> on.

It may be caused by:
1. Installation along with Rohos Logon key application. They are not compatible each other.
2. Suspending of face logon in the settings of the application.
3. Errors in registry.

In last case you can uninstall alll rohos applications, launch regedit application and delete all rohos folders from the registry. After this install Rohos Face logon again.

It is possible to encrypt SD card, connected to a PC or notebook, through USB port.
In Rohos Mini or Rohos Disk execute "Encrypt USB drive", click Change and show the way to connected SD card(using "..." button).

the password field can not be empty.

tell me please, what is the release number of Windows 10? Have you configured the options of Rohos Logon key application? I mean, what is in the third list?

Our new version of Rohos Logon Key for MAC works on MAC OS 10.12.
Just uninstall old version and install new one.
