Rohos Login lets user login without entering pin

After installing Rohos Login Key, the Windows 10 login screen now shows the original user, and a user called 'Login by the Key' in the bottom left corner. When I setup the authentication key, I assigned the usb key to the only User on the machine, but I can still login without entering a pin with the original user. It's like the Rohos software didn't get applied to the User I assigned during the setup of the authentication key. On most Windows 10 machines, the software worked correctly, but for a few we have this problem. Any suggestions?

Dear customer,
tell me please, what is the release number of Windows 10? Have you configured the options of Rohos Logon key application? I mean, what is in the third list?

The OS build is 14393.447. I have configured the options of the Rohos Logon key. I even set the 'Allow to Login only by using the Key' to 'For Listed Users'. The user the key is setup for is 'MHM', which is the only user on the machine. In the bottom left corner on the login screen, it shows 'MHM' and 'Login by the Key'. On other machines were it worked correctly, it only shows 'MHM'.
