Cannot configure SafeNet eToken 5100 [ Resolved ]

I bought Rohos Logon Key, 15 licenses. I have also bought SafeNet eToken 5100 (previously Alladin). I am not able to configure it via Rohos. When I pick Alladin PRO Rohos doesn't detect the device. It detects it somehow when I pick JCardV2, but when I try to configure the device it asks me for pin (only numbers) and the token password is also with different characters. What should I do?
