Logon no longer available

Situation as follows: (Windows 7 Home edition). FACE LOGIN NO LONGER AVAILABLE. a) Rohos has been re-installed. b) No changes in dpi (100%) or screen resolution. c) Webcam still works.d) No other login software has been installed but still Rohos is now only works (is available) after normal login has occurred.I can still register new faces and do all the rest. Face login ought to work but suddenly it doesn't. What happened?

Dear customer,
It may be caused by:
1. Installation along with Rohos Logon key application. They are not compatible each other.
2. Suspending of face logon in the settings of the application.
3. Errors in registry.

In last case you can uninstall alll rohos applications, launch regedit application and delete all rohos folders from the registry. After this install Rohos Face logon again.
