Dear customer,
We could not reproduce the situation. On our test server it doesn't allow to insert the code manually or by pasting. Inform me please, what version of Windows is installed on terminal server. Are there any particularities of configuration?

Hello, its a 2012 r2 terminal server.

If you write down the yubikey otp key then later you can use it again to log in.
