How Do I Move Files To Flash-drive Once It Has Been Encrypted?

Whenever I try to drag and drop/copy and paste files to the encrypted bit on my flash-drive, it says, "The disk is write-protected. Remove the write-protection or use another disk." How do I solve this problem?
