Rohos Face logon doesn't work with windows 10

Dear Rhohos-Team,
I just tried Rohos Face logon on my Windows 10 computer. When I tried to login, this (https://www.dropbox.com/s/otg8af5k45hngkg/41%20%281%29.mp4?dl=0) happened and I couldn't enter my password. According to the webpage it's supposed to work with any Windows logon? Please fix this or make a note on the product page because it's pretty hard to solve this error, since you cannot use windows anymore.

Dear customer,
we are sorry for inconvenience. On our test computers Rohos Face logon is working with Windpws 10. Try to log in in safe mode and uninstall Rohos Face lgon.
