Android App doesn't send signal to PC after QR scan

I had to factory reset my Android device, but after I reinstalled Rohos Logon and then tried generating a new key and scanning barcode, Rohos Logon app on Android doesn't send a signal and I am unable to make it work. Oddly it worked originally.

Dear users,
Just in case Rohos doesn’t unlock PC by phone signal you should manually enable Firewall rule :
1. Open: Control Panel/System and Security/Windows Firewall/Allowed Programs.
Add C:\Windows\System32\LogonUI.exe [check private and public networks]

2. For better experience enable Bluetooth on the phone and pair it with your Notebook. Rohos will automatically uses Bluetooth to send authentication data to computer (it uses WiFi + BT).

Hi,
After install apk and scan qr code app sent auhentication signal but Rohost still waiting for a phone signal even I switch off Windows firewall.
I have limited time to test rohos .
bec evaluation licencse will be expired soon.
Pls help

Dear customer,
Open: Control Panel/System and Security/Windows Firewall/Allowed Programs
Add system32/LogonIU to the list of exceptions.
And ensure Winlogon process has both checkboxes.

Hi, I got the same problem.
The android app showes me after scanning QR code "Error, Cannot interpret QR code". After that, on the screen it showes "Autentication signal sent OK" and my computer appears as connected. However the computer is still "Waiting for a phone signal..."
Please help me.

i use eset smart security v9 and i have this problem
but when firewall is off work correctly how to set eset to allow this?

Every application has its settings. Hope, Eset Smart Security as well.
Use their support form:

Ask how to allow application to pass through the protection.

Me too have the same problem.
Searched a lot in the internet, wasted hours of time . But still not able to repair the problem .
You developers should be ashamed of yourself that you can't find accurate solution.
Hope you should reply for the post with some relevant answers. At least the others users visit this website would have a some relief for the problem as you developers are replying.

Dear customers,
Check please the following two conditions:
1. Open Control Panel, System and security, Allow an App through Windows Firewall. Click Change settings. Click Allow another app. Click Browse/Find Windows/ System32/LogonUI.exe . Click Add. Allow Windows Logon User Interface host the access to private and public networks.
2. The computer and phone must be in the same network. The presence of a router between them is not allowed. The computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi router directly or through the switch.
